- Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- During high-demand periods (sales, launches), processing may take 2β3 business days.
π Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible:
- Metro Cities: 4β5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5β7 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 7β10 business days

- Prepaid Orders: FREE shipping across India
- Cash on Delivery (COD): βΉ49ββΉ99 (based on location & order value)
- Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or hard-to-serve locations

- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp
- Tracking details are usually activated within 12β24 hours
- If you do not receive tracking info, contact support

- All products are packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging
- We ensure hygiene and quality checks before dispatch
- Do not accept the package if it appears opened or damaged

- Incorrect or incomplete address
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, but weβll always help resolve issues.

- Customers must provide accurate and complete address details
- If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unreachable phone number
- Customer unavailable
π The order may be returned to origin (RTO)

- COD is available on selected pincodes
- Customers must ensure availability at delivery time
- Repeated COD order rejections may lead to restriction of COD access
- For high-value orders, we may request partial prepaid confirmation

If your order is:

- Missing items
- Lost in transit
π Contact us within 48 hours of delivery/expected delivery date
Provide:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of package
We will initiate:
- Replacement OR
- Refund (as per policy)
π Partial Deliveries
In rare cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
π Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship only within India
- International shipping is not available yet
